Remember, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to feel assured when you shop with us. To proceed with the return, please follow the return instructions below.
First, ensure that you have used your nebroo hearing aids for more than 30 days and less than 120 days before requesting for a return. As mentioned we provide full refund within 120 days after delivery, however in order to be eligible for a return, 30 days from the delivery must have passed. This is because your ears will take time to get used to our hearing aids and you will not be able to experience the full benefits before 30 days of use. After 30 days from delivery have passed you will still have 3 months time to return your hearing aids.
If 30 days have passed, then you are eligible for a full refund, kindly follow the below procedure to return your item: Properly Pack the Item. Securely package the item and write your name and order number on the package like this: Order Number: #(ORDER NUMBER)
Then send the item to, Attn: 28034,Highway 41,Griffith Ontario,Canada K0J 2R0 . Please note, we do not provide return labels. The customer will cover the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. Return shipping fees are not refundable. The item must be returned in it's original packaging, and with all of the accessories included, if any of the accessories are missing or if you don't return everything in its original packaging, you will not be eligible for a return.
Lastly please provide Return Tracking Information. Please send us(via email) the return tracking number once you’ve shipped the item. Kindly make sure to Include a clear photo of the return tracking receipt for verification.

Please note: After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 1 - 2 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it may take up to 10 days for the return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
